B.o.B. spotted wearing “I’m a Beast” at Xavier College live performance

Wednesday, April 6th, 2011

If you haven’t heard of B.o.B. then chances are you’re probably living under a rock somewhere and in that case I doubt you have internet access anyway.

For the rest of us, the pop charts have been buzzing with hits like “Airplane” to “Nothin’ On You w/ Bruno Mars”, etc. So when we found out that B.o.B. had been recently spotted rocking one our shirts we said to ourselves… Now that’s a good day. Not only that, but if you watch this live U-stream from his performance at Xavier College and go in about 18 minutes you’ll see B.o.B. walk off stage then come back to the front holding up the “I’m a Beast” shirt for the crowd. The crowd goes nuts cheering. Then he puts it on and rocks the rest of his show with it on.

Not only that, at the end of the U-stream he goes backstage for an interview on camera and also takes photo ops as well… All while rocking the “I’m a Beast” shirt!

Again… that’s a good day if you want to get the word out about a hot tee!

Be sure to check out Eric Nine’s “I’m a Beast” art collection at ImaBeastCollection.com for which the shirt was in coordination with. Support the art. Give props to the artist!

Vintage Limited cameos at Wrestlemania 27 (4ize & Ludacris)

Wednesday, April 6th, 2011

The special edition, limited run of “I’m a Beast” shirts in coordination with Eric Nine‘s art exhibit has recently caught fire. The first was these cameos on last Sunday’s WWE Wrestlemania 27 where Atlanta rappers 4ize and Ludacris are seen right behind one of the announcers through-out the entire broadcast. 4ize was seen rocking the “I’m a Beast” shirt first row next to Luda for the full 3 1/2 hour broadcast that hit millions of viewers Worldwide!

Truthfully, does this sort of coverage usually pay dividends in thoudands of shirt sales? No. Probably not. Actually, most likely not. However, the fact that we could see one of our shirts on a friend sitting front row at arguably one of the biggest sporting events around is definitely something to let heads know about. Am I right!? Of course I’m right!

Check out the photo’s. Then if you don’t already own one, go get yourself a Beast shirt now before they are gone! And be sure to check out Eric Nine’s “I’m a Beast” art collection at ImaBeastCollection.com

A.Sesay Presents Wordsmith & JNes “All In Stride” [Music Video]

Sunday, June 13th, 2010

A few months ago our boy Wordsmith hit us up about a music video he was about to shoot for a producer named A.Sesay and asked me to come out to the shoot. Big shout out to PEDX Baltimore for letting us do some of the shoot at their location. A.Sesay is an interesting producer who I had the pleasure of meeting for the first time at the Vintage Limited/PEDX “Always Dope” show back in March. He’s originally from Sierra Leone (West Africa) and his parents are diplomats so he ended up being a Maryland resident. With influences like Dr. Dre, Hi Tek, DJ Scratch, Premo, etc. A.Sesay rocks the beats with a unique flare. Check for his album “The A Special” coming summer 2010.

We were blessed to have a TON of screen time with our gear in the music video. I think every single men’s tshirt and the fitted hat where all spotted on camera! No joke! So see if you find them all like a Where’s Waldo, Vintage style!

Wordsmith – As the Art Fades Away [Music Video]

Sunday, June 6th, 2010

When I first met Wordsmith back in May of 2007 he had a song on his Myspace profile called “Ode to the Pioneers” which was like a prelude to “As the Art Fades Away”. The song paid homage to – well – the pioneers of hip-hop greats like Tribe Called Quest, Run DMC, etc. From that point on Word had my ear and we’ve worked together collaborating our brands such as him being featured in our catalogs and lookbooks to us helping keep our customers in the know about his music to some of our clothing even being seen in his music videos.

“As the Art Fades Away” is one of my favorite Wordsmith songs off of his debut album that you need to go out and pick-up right now!! Vintage Experience is the album and its available on iTunes and Amazon so go get it and support!! With the radio being so overly saturated in weak artists (and I use that term ‘artists’ loosely) its refreshing to hear something like this break. No doubt you have a hit on your hands Word! And thank you for all the looks in the video too!

Big shout out to our very own Trey P who helped write the video script and scout the locations for the video! This is his first work on a music video and I thought he did an excellent job with it. Whattup Trey!

Vintage Limited featured in this video: Art Addiction (fitted), Brown Classic tshirt, Black Friday hoodie.
